This incredible sprawling estate in Texas used to be the home of a megachurch pastor and includes six separate residences, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.

The super-sized estate was the former home of pastor and founder of the New Light Christian Center Church, Bishop IV Hilliard.

The living spaces on the compound – or pasonage, as Hilliard called it – cover more than 30,000 square feet with 30 bedrooms and 31 full bathrooms and five half bathrooms, as well as a home theatre, and a hair salon.

The property is currently up for sale, with an equally large $11 million price tag.

The estate’s main mansion has been described as ‘magazine worthy’ and features huge windows, a dramatic sweeping staircase, and a master bedroom with a 25-foot ceiling and an en-suite with a sunken spa bathtub.

But if that doesn’t tickle your fancy, there are actually five other ‘junior estates’ to choose from, all of which underwent a renovation in 2020 and have been left looking like luxury hotels.

Alongside the numerous living spaces on offer, there’s also a large pool with cabanas, tennis and volleyball courts, and a pond filled with fish.

The sprawling estate also houses a hair salon, a commercial kitchen, a banquet hall, a covered deck, and an outdoor kitchen.

Basically, it’s like a resort that you can live in. Although one thing it doesn’t have its own drive-thru carwash, unlike this property that went up for sale in Michigan recently.

A listing for the bumper estate on Realtor suggests it could be used by a family or run as a commercial enterprise.

“Ever dreamed of owning your own family compound or neighborhood? Operating your own bed and breakfast? Wedding venue? Event center? Then you must see this luxurious estate,” a listing for the property reads.

There’s also enough room in the estate’s garages to park 22 cars, making it an ideal home for a car lover, assuming they have a lot of cash.

The estate in Texas was put on the market for $15 million last November, but that listing was later removed, and it went back up for sale the following month for $11 million.

You’ve got to admit, that’s a bargain!
