The American market is known for producing genre-defining cars.
Names such as the Mustang, Camaro, Corvette, and more immediately spring to mind.
But America has also made steps to build toward supercar greatness.
And one supercar was so rare that only seven were ever made.

Falcon F7: The rarest supercar ever built?
In case you’ve never heard of it, allow us to introduce you to the Falcon F7 supercar.
Like most American car companies, Falcon Motorsports has its roots planted in Michigan.
In fact, the company’s headquarters is in Holly, Michigan.

The firm was founded by Jeff Lemke, an automotive engineer and designer, in 2009.
Falcon Motorsports made waves in 2012 when they released a prototype of a very special supercar.
And it would become one of the rarest supercars ever built.
American supercar blows away the masses
In 2012, the company released the F7 – a car described as a ‘Midwestern, mid-engine missile.’
This supercar was extremely different, mostly due to its incredibly aggressive silhouette and design.
And that’s just the beginning – the real fun begins under the hood.
When the massive hood is lifted, one will find a monstrous 7.0-liter LS7 V8.
This mammoth power-source was provided by GM and tuned by Lingenfelter.

All of this impressive origin amounts to 620HP, with a 0-60 time of around 2.7 seconds.
This car was created with Europe’s best squarely locked in its crosshairs.
Unfortunately, only seven units of this Michigan monster were ever built.
Upon release, the F7 was priced at around $345,000 brand new.
This made it quite a bit more expensive than the majority of Europe’s best offerings.
Even 13 years later, the Falcon F7 is a supercar that truly stands out on its own.
If only they’d made more…
