The NYC penthouse where Rihanna lived for five years just hit the market for $12.9 million.

The SoHo loft penthouse spans the top two floors of the building and has a 2,400-square-foot wraparound terrace, which is almost unheard of in New York City.

And, of course, it has epic views.

The Rihanna NYC apartment features 360 degree views of Manhattan.

From the second you step foot in the door (from your private, key-locked elevator), the apartment offers unbridled luxury.

CHECK THIS OUT!

The grand living room is surrounded by oversized windows, 13-foot ceilings, custom concrete flooring and a real wood-burning fireplace.

The living room then flows into a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including a Sub Zero fridge and, of course, a wine cooler.

Off the kitchen, there is a separate media alcove with a bar and powder room.

Surrounding the top floor is the private terrace, which is an entertainer’s dream space.

Once you descend the steel-and-wood floating staircase to the 11th floor, you will find four private bedrooms and three full-size bathrooms.

At the heart of the house is the master suite.

Starting with views over the Empire State Building, the master suite has it all, including a walk-in closet and dressing room.

Meanwhile, the master bathroom has a glass-enclosed double shower, his-and-hers sinks and a six foot tub.

The incredible amenities don’t stop at the door either.

As a resident of the building, you will enter via the high-ceilinged mahogany and stone lobby.

You will also get to enjoy the roof deck.

Location is everything when it comes to NYC real estate and this penthouse definitely got you covered.

It borders SoHo, Nolita, Little Italy and Chinatown.

In fact, it’s got some of downtown’s best restaurants and lounges right below it.

Oh, and for all you pet lovers out there, the apartnemnt which is listed by Corcoran, is pet friendly.

So, if you’re in the market for a New York City apartment and you have outrageous money to spend, look no further.
