Grand Theft Auto (GTA) VI is one of the most anticipated video games of all time.

Its predecessor, GTA V, is the second highest-grossing video game ever released.

Unlike GTA V, the new game is not going to be set in Los Santos, the fictionalised Los Angeles.

Instead, we are making a return to Vice City, the popular rendition of Miami.

And we have already seen a much greater, overall focus on Florida as a whole.

For example, we have already seen snippets of the wider state of Florida.

One part of the trailer highlights the reimagined Everglades and swamp areas.

Another focuses on the lively nightlife and activity of downtown Miami/Vice City itself.

Aside from its wider scope of focus, something else makes the reveal even more impressive.

Rockstar revealed that this new trailer features, “equal parts gameplay and cutscenes.”

And the entire trailer was caught with actual, in-game footage from a PS5.

This is hugely impressive because of what Rockstar has been able to achieve in blurring the lines.

Many people thought that the trailer was almost entirely cinematic.

And the reveal of the fact that it is all captured gameplay points to incredible advancements.

In particular, it shows an incredible evolution of the graphics development, which were already amazing.

With this game, people online have been blown away by how realistic the characters actually look.

We have certainly come a long way from the early days of the GTA series, that’s for sure.
