Shaquille O'Neal receives the biggest ever Chevy Corvette, and it's one of the stealthiest custom builds in history

Shaquille O’Neal did it again, this time with a Chevy Corvette C8 Z06.

Shaq famously doesn’t fit in most cars, and that’s why most of his vehicles are custom built for him.

This one was no exception, making it potentially the longest Chevy Corvette Z06 ever.

And it’s almost certainly one of his stealthiest creations yet.

Shaquille O’Neal creates the longest Corvette C8 Z06 in the world

Shaq turned to Effortless Motors, the same tuning firm that built his Cadillac Escalade IQ (the one he forgot about) as well as his Cybertruck.

Effortless Motors built a Chevy Corvette C8 Z06 that looks exactly like any other Z06, but it’s a bit longer, which is impressive because you can’t tell it’s been changed when you look at it.

Shaq is 7 foot 1, which means he can’t fit in most cars, especially low-slung sportscars like the Corvette, which doesn’t have enough room to push the seat back and, especially with the roof up, it doesn’t have enough headroom, either.

Now that problem has been solved because, according to Effortless, Shaq’s ‘Vette is now 20 inches (50 centimeters) longer than the standard Corvette which, for reference, is 184.6 inches (4.7 meters).

Shaq’s collection is a festival of custom cars

Like most celebrities, Shaquille O’Neal has an impressive car collection.

He owns well over 40 cars, including ones he tends to buy and somehow then forget about.

The thing is, nearly all of his vehicles are custom made because he’s just too tall to fit in most cars.

He didn’t need to do anything to his Cyberbeast Cybertruck, the world’s first carbon Tesla Cybertruck, but he had to modify very nearly every other car he owns.

He had to do it with his Lucid Air, which ended up becoming the world’s first (and only) Lucid Air coupe.

What’s even more shocking is he did something similar with Ferraris and Lambos.

We can only imagine how Ferrari, famously fastidious about the way owners customize its cars, felt about it.
