Steve-O craned his Tesla Model Y 120ft in the air outside the UFC headquarter in Las Vegas with the intention to live in it.

The American performer had his fair share of extreme stunts during his time on Jackass, but this was something else.

He spent a night inside of a Tesla hanging 120ft in the air, with a killer view of the city.

But in true Steve-O fashion, nothing went smoothly.

Steve-O lives in a Tesla Model Y craned 120ft up into the air

When you think of celebrities and car-related stunts, a few things may come to mind.

Perhaps you recall the time Katy Perry crashed a Ford Mustang for one of her music videos.

Or maybe you’ll think of the countless times that Dwayne Johnson has publicly surprised someone dear to him with a car, whether it be gifting his stunt double a Ford F-150 or his dad a brand-new truck.

But Steve-O’s taking things to new heights.

Steve-O was doing a promotional tour for a performance he was doing at the Virgin Casino Theater.

Along the way, it was decided that he would live out in a Tesla Model Y suspended 120ft in the air outside the UFC headquarters.

Because… publicity.

It sounds terrifying, but this is Steve-O we’re talking about here.

Considering some of the wacky stunts he’s been a part of over the years, surely this would be a walk in the park.

How did the Jackass star manage in his unusual home?

Even before the car was off the ground, things looked like they could turn nasty.

There was a minor break on the device used to lift the car, which doesn’t do much to inspire confidence.

And then the cops showed up.

Fortunately, nobody was getting arrested, as they were just on-hand for support.

“In all my years of doing f***ed up s**t, I’ve never had cops show up and ask ‘Where do you want me?’,” Steve-O said.

The Tesla was craned up into the air, with the 51-year-old comedian sitting tight inside.

It jolted at the top, which gave him quite a start.

But he summoned courage and got out onto the roof of the car, where he took some ‘killer selfies’.

The roof screen of the car cracked at one point, but it was otherwise a success.

Getting to sleep in the car wasn’t easy, as it got hot very quickly.

Oh, and the thought of hanging 120ft in the air probably didn’t help his cause.
