Lanzante, a British tuning company, converted the track-only McLaren P1 GTR into a street legal car.
This McLaren P1 is actually for sale, and it could be yours for ‘just’ $2 million.
The P1 GTR is a track-focused iteration of the McLaren P1, an outstanding hybrid hypercar delivering 986 hp.
It accelerates from standstill to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and it has a top speed of 217 mph.

The ‘standard’ P1 is just as quick but it is a bit heavier and a bit more sophisticated.
Meanwhile, the GTR is an uncompromising speed machine.
The interior was stripped down to the bare minimum and the standard exhaust was replaced with a lighter one.
Speaking of the cabin, the factory seats were replaced with race-spec ones made from Alcantara and equipped with four-point harness seatbelts.
The steering wheel was replaced with a carbon fiber one and an emergency kill switch was added.
It is still far from what you’d call ‘lavish’ or ‘comfortable’.
But it is at least usable on the road now.
Only 58 McLaren P1 GTR were built and this, as far as we know, is the only road legal one that’s for sale.
The car is available from Collecting Cars and it is currently located in Stockholm, Sweden.
The auction ends soon and, at the time of writing, the bid for the McLaren P1 GTR sits at around $2 million.
