Rapper T-Pain and the CEO of Koenigsegg ended up being pulled over by cops as they drove their Koenigsegg fleet through California – talk about a memorable Monterey Car Week.
In his $2.5 million Koenigsegg Regera, T-Pain was doing the ultimate road trip by heading up to Palm Beach.
As part of a multi-Koenigsegg convoy, he was guaranteed to be arriving in style.
Unfortunately, the 30-car squad ended up being pulled over by the cops, denting their plans somewhat.
Rappers are renowned for their expensive taste, but T-Pain takes things to another level
Even by the opulent standards of the celebrity world, rappers are practically keen to spend their cash on the finer things in life.
Take Rick Ross for example – he has so many Rolls-Royces that he could very well start his own dealership.
It’s stiff competition to appear like a high roller within the world of rap, but T-Pain certainly does his best.
After all, this is the same man who surprised him mom by buying a private jet.
His car collection is so vast that he forgot he even owned one mini truck from the 2000s.
But perhaps no moment represented his expensive tastes better than the time he had his Koenigsegg Regera delivered to him.
You may recall it happened on a livestream, leaving his pal stunned in the process.

It sounds like the ultimate supercar road trip set-up; T-Pain, Christian von Koenigsegg and 30 supercars.
Among those hypercars are the Agera, Jesko, Gemera, CC850, and the CCX.
Imagine all of those cars driving along the highway towards Monterey Car Week and you can appreciate the scale of this journey.
Unfortunately, the group hit a snag along the way.
And that snag was getting pulled over by the cops.
It all started when the police pulled over Koenigsegg himself, before proceeding to pull over T-Pain, who had been driving behind the CEO.
“I tell you, if we decided to leave, they would not find us,” T-Pain remarked in a nod to the power of his car.
Fortunately for the rapper, it was a friendly interaction.
After a license check, the group were allowed to continue on their way.
“Critical amount of speed technically but you know what? You didn’t run from us, you guys been cool with me,” the cop said.
“You’re not going to try and mess up your cars.”
We should hope not, these cars cost an absolute mint.
Ultimately, it just goes to show that nobody is above being pulled over by the cops – even if you’re a world famous rapper or the CEO of a car manufacturer.
