Former taxi driver wins $91k Audi RS6 and $956k house in $1.31 prize draw

This Scottish former taxi driver wins a $91k Audi RS6 and a $956k house in a $1.31 prize draw, and his reaction will bring a tear to the eye of even the most cold-hearted person.

Meet William Tombe, a former taxi driver from Glasgow, Scotland, who had suffered from an injury leaving him without the ability to drive anymore.

While it seems that him winning an Audi RS6 was a bad idea, he immediately told the prize company that he was going to gift the luxury car to his lucky daughter.

He was over the moon when he thought he was just getting the luxury car, but he was in absolute disbelief when he realized he had a brand-new Dorset vacation house in the South-West of England to enjoy too.

Former taxi driver can’t believe he won an Audi RS6 and a house

Meet William Tombe, a former taxi driver from Glasgow, Scotland, who decided to put $1.31 into a prize draw in the hopes that he would beat all the odds and win.

Imagine his surprise when a presenter from BOTB arrived at his house to tell him that not only had he won a $91k Audi RS6 which he was beside himself with excitement about, but he’d won a new vacation house too.

A previous injury had left Tombe without the ability to drive which affected his position as a taxi driver, but he decided that his new luxury car was going to be the most amazing gift for his daughter.

He’s ‘stepped into the photograph’

The man feels like he’s the luckiest person alive and reacts with complete disbelief at his luck and good fortune, the draw company BOTB, offer to fly William from Glasgow in the North of the UK, all the way down to Dorset.

After his journey from the north of the UK to the very South, he got to see his new super-expensive house called ‘Silver Lake’, with its open-plan kitchen, and four upstairs bedrooms.

It even has a nearby spa and pool.

It was described as being like “you’ve stepped into the photograph.”

Just a tiny spend of $1.31 changed his life forever, his daughter has a new luxury car, and he has a brand new $956k house – everything’s coming up William.
