Any Swiftie worth their salt knows the deep lore behind that Cape Cod mansion, and you’ll be pleased to know that if you shake off $14.5 million, this mansion that used to belong to Taylor Swift could be yours.
The beachfront mansion is situated very close to the famous Kennedy compound in Cape Cod, which is significant as Swift purchased it during her brief romance with Robert F. Kennedy’s son, Conor Kennedy, in 2012.
The property spans a whopping 5,000 square feet and features three garages, a heated pool, and a fire pit, as well as offering unparalleled views of the stunning Nantucket Sound.
If only we had a spare 14.5 million dollars lying about, we would be snapping up this gorgeous (and iconic) piece of property.

If you want to throw parties that are ‘tasteful, but a little loud’ in a big piece of singing superstar and global celeb Taylor Swift’s lore, then her former Cape Cod mansion is being sold for a whopping $14.5 million.
Located right on the beach, overlooking the serene Nantucket Sound, this mansion is perfect for socializing with 12 of the closest members of your girl squad or for your duties as ‘Chairman of the Tortured Poets Department’.
Originally built in 1928, Hyannis Port was purchased in 2012 by Swift during her brief romance with Robert F. Kennedy’s son, Conor Kennedy, she then sold the property the following spring in 2013.

The property was notably close to the famous Kennedy compound which may have influenced the singer to buy a mansion close to her ‘Lover’.
The delightful mansion is the perfect beachy escape and is all large airy rooms and white-washed walls with big windows giving you a perfect view of the water.
The gigantic kitchen and 12-person dining room is perfect for an iconic 4th of July party or perhaps you want to take it outside for long summer nights by the firepit.

The lucky buyer of this magical mansion also gains private access to over 200 feet of beach below it, but if you’re not interested in salt water, then take a dip in the heated in-ground pool.
Taylor has a large amount of gorgeous properties across the US, but this one was particularly iconic and it’s elevated price tag suggests that the star’s once-ownership of the mansion had something to do with the price hike.
The mansion has a gym and three garages for your car collection and spans a whopping 5,000 square feet, with eight big airy bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
We can expect there to be a big bidding war over this gorgeous $14.5 million beachfront mansion, but we have only one thing to say to every aspiring Taylor Swift wannabe who tries to buy it: “Baby, let the games begin.”
