Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce gave guests Cartier watches and a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle with a special license plate at their wedding

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had the celebrity wedding of the century, and in giving away Cartier watches and a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, they proved they knew how to throw a party.

The newlyweds have been all over the headlines after their show-stopping nuptials in New York City.

As more details make their way into the press, we can’t help but be stunned by the extravagance.

It just leaves us with one burning thought – why couldn’t we have been invited?!

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married over the weekend

It was the talk of the town last weekend when Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot at Madison Square Garden.

The couple had been going steady for a few years now, accumulating quite the supercar collection between them.

Swift has come a long way from being the girl driving a Hummer SUV to disastrous effect.

The wedding itself has been relatively lowkey, considering the couple’s star power and the A-Listers who counted themselves among the guests.

But tidbits have been making their way into the press, where a keen fanbase is ready to eat them up.

One particularly noteworthy story has concerned a raffle that the couple hosted at the ceremony.

It’s been reported that the couple played some games in which guests could win tickets.

Those tickets would be then submitted into a raffle with some remarkable prizes.

A 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle was up for grabs, with a particularly notable license plate

Prize draws aren’t too uncommon at weddings.

But at most weddings, you could expect to walk away a blender if you’re lucky.

It’s a whole different set of stakes at the Swift-Kelce wedding, we can tell you that for nothing.

The biggest prize of the night was a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, which just so happens to be the same model of car that the two drove in on their first date all the way back in 2023.

You may recall that the couple had a knack for being spotted in vintage cars a lot around that time.

As a nod to the car’s significance, its license plate read ‘JUST&TMRD’.

This was an obvious nod to the sign which appeared outside Madison Square Garden to confirm the marriage was official.

In addition to that, designer handbags and Cartier watches were also up for grabs.

With attendees including Chris Rock, Brad Pitt, Steven Spielberg, Jessica Alba and Selena Gomez, there were a lot of famous people in the running for these amazing prizes.

We can’t help but wonder who hit the jackpot on the night.

Maybe the gifted Cartier will one day feature in a celebrity’s collection?

It wasn’t just the wedding guests who got to benefit from the couple’s generosity

Ahead of their big day, the couple donated $26 million to charities across the US.

These charities included – but were not limited to – Food Bank for NYC, Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Entertainment Weekly reported.

This isn’t the first time that Swift has shown her philanthropic side.

You may recall that she gave out six-figure bonuses to all 50 truckers that hauled around her tour set-up.

And that’s not forgetting the time she was in Mexico City for the Mexican leg of the Eras Tour, and the Cruel Summer singer spent a whopping $110,000 on five-star hotel rooms for the entire crew.

Generosity never goes out of style.
