The Tesla Cybertruck has a radical design, making it one of the most striking vehicles on sale today.

The battery-powered electric pickup truck went on sale a year ago. Ever since its release it has managed to cause quite the stir ever since, including when it went head-to-head against a Jeep on Nevada’s Lucky Gap Road.

The vehicle’s unique, futuristic, geometric form and ultra-tough stainless steel exterior make it instantly recognizable and durable.

Is there a way to make it stand out even more? Apparently so, as an LA-based custom shop is offering a widebody kit courtesy of a company called Waido for pre-purchased Cybertrucks.

The Tesla Cybertruck widebody kit

Stars In The Ceiling, the custom shop in LA, claims to be the first to be offering to install the widebody kit on a privately owned Tesla Cybertruck.

The limited edition kit will set you back $9,990 (£7,781).

And did we mention there are only 100 kits available?

They’re all made from ABS plastic and you’ll be pleased to know that applying the kit does not require the original body panels to be cut or trimmed.

Owners will get flared front and rear fenders, widening the truck’s stance by an impressive six inches.

The front fenders include the same rear-facing cameras as the OG fenders. Retaining the cameras is important to keep the Cybertruck’s Autopilot system working. However, new housings for the cameras have been included to handle the car’s wider stance.

The kit also includes a brand new front bumper, with a new aggressive look, new skirts, plus a new large lip spoiler and a rear diffuser.
