C7 Corvette ZR1

Good news if you’re a Chevy fan because this C7 Corvette ZR1 is heading to auction.

As well as being a pristine example, it’s an incredibly rare supercar, too.

This Corvette ZR1 has a heck of a lot going for it.

To start with, it’s only covered 148 miles (238km) since it left the factory in 2019, so it’s virtually brand new.

CHECK THIS OUT!

That’s not the only thing that makes it so special, though.

To the untrained eye, it may look like a regular ZR1 but it’s far from normal.

It boasts a supposed one-of-one color combination: Torch Red paint over a Spice Red leather interior.

It’s hard to believe it’s the only C7 ZR1 to leave the factory in that specific red-on-red combo, but that’s what the Mecum auction listing states.

They claim to have the documentation to prove it, too.

This particular example was specced with red brake calipers, chrome badging, and carbon flash-painted wing and side mirrors.

That’s in addition to a Jake logo satin black stinger stripe down the hood.

On the inside it has a carbon fiber leather-wrapped steering wheel, a carbon fiber instrument panel, and sueded microfiber-wrapped upper trim.

Depending on your mood, you can choose between a carbon fiber weave or the sky above from the driver’s seat, as the car comes with two different roof panels for its targa top.

Oh, and it has red seat belts, too.

C7 Corvette ZR1 performance

The fact this C7 Corvette ZR1 is in pristine condition and it’s a one-of-one aren’t the only things that make it desirable, though.

For start, it’s got a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 poking through its hood.

That lump makes 755 hp (765 PS / 563 kW) and 715 lb-ft (969 Nm) of torque, and it’s mated to a seven-speed manual transmission.

The car also comes equipped with the 3ZR Premium Equipment Group and the Track Performance Package.

The latter includes an adjustable high wing spoiler, a front splitter with carbon fiber end caps, Magnetic Ride Control suspension, and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.

The car will go up for auction at Mecum’s Kissimmee.
