Range Rover: Flagship vehicle of JLR brand
The Range Rover is renowned for being the epitome of luxury and comfort.
The giant SUV has long served as the flagship model for Jaguar Land Rover.
Interestingly, the Range Rover was first launched and manufactured by British Leyland.
From 1970-78, it was manufactured by British Leyland before being taken over by Land Rover.

In 2013, Jaguar Cars and Land Rover underwent a merger to become Jaguar Land Rover.
This new, combined company undertook responsibility for manufacturing Land Rover cars in the UK.
Naturally, of course, this included the flagship of the group, the Range Rover.
SV version: Most expensive model you can buy
Recently a video was uploaded to YouTube offering an insight into the most expensive Range Rover.
The YouTube channel, Forrest’s Auto Reviews, recently got their hands on the brand new Range Rover SV.
Straight away, Forrest Jones, the presenter, asks the question all of us are thinking.
What exactly does a whopping $255,000 actually get you?
Well, quite the lap of luxury as it happens.
Straight off the bat, Forrest notes the massive – and it is massive – panoramic sunroof.
The interior is truly stunning, coming with quilted seats that are also ‘heated, ventilated, and massage you.’

The back of the luxury SUV is even better – it comes with not one, not two, but three screens.
Aside from the back of each headrest having a screen, the centre armrest comes with its own touchscreen.
You can control the reclining functions from said central console, as well as enjoy a refrigerator in the back.
Forrest notes that ‘this is business class,’ so of course the Range Rover comes with a built-in table.
You can also convert the rear of the car into a movie theatre.
Seriously, you can – by pulling the blinds, reclining the seats and watching a movie from the headrest.
Consider us impressed – seriously impressed, in fact.
