Using this method, he has also procured quite a collection of cars.
This broken Bugatti Veyron is the newest addition to his collection.

Broken Bugatti Veyron
Hoover calls his channel Hoovies Garage the dumbest automobile channel on all of YouTube.
Once you see what kind of cars and projects they take on, you’ll probably agree.
However, his newest purchase might be his most expensive one yet as it’s a broken Bugatti Veyron.
According to Hoover, a new Veyron can cost up to millions of dollars.
But this one right here has a broken shifter and the car is not able to go into reverse.
So Hoover might have been able to get this for a cheaper price.
Cost of repair
However, it is still a Bugatti and is still likely to poke a hole through its owners’ bank balance, just like this one unlucky owner who had to pay an outrageous amount for new parts.
Apparently, this broken Bugatti Veyron was also in service for over a year.
Now considering how the annual service on these cars is over $30,000, you can imagine the kind of cost that must have come with that kind of repair.
Unfortunately, the folks back at the service center thought that it was the transmission that had broken.
They replaced the transmission but it still didn’t go into gear, so they realized it was actually the shifter.
Thankfully, Hoover also has a new shifter for the broken Bugatti Veyron.
Once fixed it will be a great addition to his car collection, made from broken/rundown cars.
But he still paid more money for this broken supercar than for his house and sold his 2002 BMW Z8.
