Supercar Blondie gets a look inside the top secret Jaguar Type 01 set to serve as the brand's flagship EV and it's packed with futuristic tech

Supercar Blondie had the privilege of taking a look inside the top secret Jaguar Type 01.
This electric car has been shrouded in mystery for a while now.
Ahead of its full unveiling in October, we had the opportunity to get better acquainted with it at Monterey Car Week.
And this car was full to the brim with futuristic tech.

The Supercar Blondie team was there, getting up-close-and-personal with the cars on display.
That included a 1-of-150 Aston Martin Valen, and the $2 million Czinger 21C Spyder (pictured above).
And then there was the truly exceptional 1-of-70 $4 million Koenigsegg CCGT1.
Now it was time to take a look at the top secretive Jaguar Type 01 car.
It follows in the footsteps – or tire marks, as it were – of the Type 00.
The Type 01 is a high-performance all-electric luxury four-door Grand Tourer, set to serve as the brand’s flagship EV.
Capable of producing around 1,000hp and of reaching a 400 mile range, there’s a lot to be excited about.
But up until recently, much about this car had been kept under wraps.
Now, we had the opportunity to see it for ourselves.
Taking a closer look at the Jaguar Type 01
While this car comes with no rear window, you can still see behind you – thanks to a screen on the central division.
That sets the tone for this car, which is filled with high-end technology.
Despite the lack of a large central screen, the car still provides plenty in other ways, as it’s voice-activated and has a long soundbar running across the front of the cabin.
“It’s like an immersive speaker essentially,” Supercar Blondie host Chloe said.
If there was one word to use to describe this car’s interior, it would be ‘smooth’.
“All the surfaces look clean and uninterrupted,” Chloe said.
A dramatic center spine runs from the back of the car to the front, containing cup holders.
At this point, the car’s exterior is still being kept as a closely guarded secret, hence the camo wrap.
Frankly, we can’t wait to see it in all its glory.
