Announced earlier in the year, the new Toyota bZ7 is set to fly the flag as the leader of its EV range, and early reviews suggest that it comes primed with some fabulous tech.
In conjunction with his Chinese venture, the Toyota bZ7 is the latest all-electric sedan to be primed for the market.
Rivaling the likes of the Tesla Model S and the BYD Seal, it already has stiff competition.
But new images have emerged that suggest it will be more than capable of handling itself among the giants.

Toyota bZ7 set to charge brand to a new EV age
Having already conquered the Hybrid world with legends of the game like the Prius – outselling all but one EV industry-wide – Toyota is kicking things up a gear in the coming years with a whole new EV ensemble.
With fresh and ‘unique’ additions in Europe, two new large EVs based on the Land Cruiser and RAV4 being made in Kentucky, and a three-row car to rival the Kia EV9 coming in 2027, the Toyota cauldron is cooking at full tilt.
Most recently, though, the bZ range has become the flagship series, and a new sedan is imminent.
The company shared images of the Toyota bZ7 earlier this week, and it’s clear there’s a lot of potential.

The car is being built in China, and General Manager Li Hui claims that the company needed to move there to make the most of the tech systems.
“To deliver cars that people want in China, we need Chinese brains and hands involved in development,” said Toyota General Manager Li Hui.
Locked and loaded with tech
Straight off the bat, the Toyota bZ7 promises a whole lot of self-driving capabilities, with a Lidar installed on the roof that supports the impressive Momenta 6.0 system.
Then there’s the sleek interior that comes with your cabin staples, such as a floating infotainment system.
Under the bodywork is a pair of Huawei electric motors that bounce off the Chinese-built HarmonyOS brain.

There has yet to be a price tag slapped on the Toyota bZ7, so the jury simply can’t make a verdict on its potential success rate, but there’s no denying that the car itself is quite a beauty.
