A Toyota Supra has gone head-to-head with a Chevy Corvette Stingray in a Las Vegas drag race.
Both cars are immensely powerful, there’s no doubt about that.
So as the two beasts crept towards the starting line, there was no obvious top dog.
But there was one clear winner.

Toyota Supra vs Chevy Corvette Stingray
The video of the drag race was uploaded to YouTube by Wheels.
On one side was the Chevy Corvette Stingray, a 2025 model that starts at $68,300.
The car has a powerful Z1 Package with a 6.2L V8 engine that produces 495 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.
This car isn’t just fast – it was built for some serious performance, hitting 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds and reaching a top speed of 194 mph.
That’s even faster than an Aston Martin Valkyrie that goes from 0-60 in 2.6 seconds.
The car’s faster than a Ferrari Enzo too, but comes at a much lower price.

On the other side was the Toyota GR Supra 3.0, which starts at $56,250 for the 2025 model.
Powered by a 3.0L inline-six engine, it delivers 382 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque.
While it’s slightly slower than the Stingray, taking 3.9 seconds to go from 0 to 60 mph, the Supra has a secret weapon.
It’s a favorite among tuners, and modified versions can easily rival cars like the Corvette.
That said, this Vegas drag car was between two stock models, checking their power in their true form.
In the end, the Chevy Corvette came out as the winner, completing the race in just 12.08 seconds, leaving the Toyota Supra trailing behind with a finish time of 12.86 seconds.
