This Utah man has turned his Toyota Prius into a Tesla Cybertruck parody called the ‘Cybercop’.
The eBay user recently got his hands on a 2004 Toyota Prius and gave it a makeover.
It’s now one of the most unique cars you will ever see.
Not only does it look absolutely epic, it’s been built for a very specific purpose.

The DIY car is built for an important reason
You might be wondering what inspired this Cybercop vehicle.
Well, there is actually a very touching story behind the build.
The public would be more than forgiven for thinking that this just rolled off the set of RoboCop.
Instead, this 2004 Toyota Prius was modified to support a specific cause.
Johnny Lange, the creator of the Cybercop, built this custom vehicle to benefit the families of fallen police officers.
Up for sale, all proceeds are set to be donated to an organisation called the 10-33 Foundation.

The 10-33 Foundation is a charity organisation that supports the families of fallen Utah police officers.
“10-33” is police code for an officer that requires immediate backup due to an imminent threat or danger.
In the listing, Johnny explained that it was much more than just a goofy project to him.
So, what actually went in to turning a 2004 Toyota Prius into this beastly behemoth?
How the 2004 Toyota Prius was transformed into the Cybercop
From the beginning, Johnny’s goal was to mock the Cybertruck’s styling without spending Cybertruck money.
Naturally, this made the 2004 Toyota Prius the obvious base to build upon.
The first step for Johnny was to strip the hood and bumpers (as well as a few other pieces).
An angular exoskeleton was then built out of square steel tubing to mimic the Cybertruck’s silhouette.
And his vision for the DIY Tesla Cybertruck grew from there.

Flat aluminum panels were then attached to the exoskeleton in a blend of genius and DIY madness.
Amazingly, the interior is completely untouched – it still resembles a 2004 Toyota Prius.
But interior aside, the Cybercop is definitely one of the coolest DIY cars we’ve ever seen.
