The 2017 World’s Strongest Man Champion Eddie Hall got his hands on a new army tank and decided to take it to a McDonald’s drive-thru, but there was a catch.

You might know Hall since the British champion has a large presence on social media and even appeared in a few movies.

Other than being a movie star and a YouTuber, Hall is also a tank enthusiast.

Recently, he bought a new small artillery tank and decided to take it for a spin.

Former World’s Strongest Man drives a tank to McDonald’s drive-thru

It’s not the first time that Hall has taken a tank to a McDonald’s drive-thru.

Two years ago, he took his CVRT Scorpion tank to the fast food chain but now he can’t do the same thing so easily.

Unfortunately, there’s a height limit for all vehicles going through the drive-through.

It’s 2.6 meters, to be exact, and the .50-cal on the top of Hall’s tank makes it go beyond that.

While we have seen many weird vehicles going through a McDonald’s drive-thru, a tank is definitely a first.

Interestingly, the former World’s Strongest Man is not the only person driving a tank through the UK.

Some guys managed to ride a tank in the British capital and also avoided the congestion charge.

It is just a normal vehicle

An army tank is considered a normal vehicle after it’s been decommissioned.

And theoretically, it does count as a classic car.

So when the former World’s Strongest Man decided to visit a McDonald’s drive-thru, it raised a few alarm bells.

Fortunately, since Hall removed the .50-cal on the tank, he was allowed to make his order without much trouble.

However, he forgot his milkshake so he had to dismount it again.

But that’s not a big deal for a former World’s Strongest Man champion.
