Having taken the auto industry by storm, the Xiaomi SU7 factory has now become one of the most in-demand tourist attractions in China.

The smartphone developers pivoted to cars just three years ago.

However, the EV geniuses are already one of the leading manufacturers in China.

The success is partly down to its top-of-the-range assembly line, which has now become a tourist trap in high demand.

Xiaomi factory tour tickets consistently sell out, despite Disneyland prices

Xiaomi has managed to do what Apple couldn’t and convert itself from tech and phone creations to being a leading car manufacturer.

Its EVs are now being churned out in China at ridiculous speeds, with the factory producing a car every 76 seconds on average.

But its factory is now so efficient and such a marvel that it has become a tourist attraction.

The Beijing-based factory has taken a leaf out of Guinness and Willy Wonka’s playbooks and sells tickets for tours at more expensive rates than Disneyland Florida, and they sell by the dozen.

The meticulous nature and keen precision of manufacturing are celebrated by Xiaomi, whose incredible cars, such as the SU7, have been mass-ordered around China, rivaling its competitors like Tesla.

But tickets to see the masterful assembly line are now being scalped and resold for as much as $280.

The tours are limited to only 20 people at a time, and involve getting a close-up of the 700 robots in action, a test drive of the SU7, and an immersive experience with the company’s advanced tech.

According to reports from China, thousands of applicants have competed for the limited tour spots, despite the high prices.

The Chinese manufacturer appears to have hit the jackpot with its creative methods of mass production, and interest in its supercars matches that of the tour demand.

The car factories in China are growing to be increasingly brilliant, with BYD’s San Francisco-sized multiplex being just as impressive.
