Having previously held the record for the highest subscription rates and peak audience numbers on Twitch, xQc has racked up otherworldly figures in the years atop the gaming charts.

xQc made a yearly salary in one ‘bad day’ of Twitch earnings

Having once been a popular and eccentric professional on the sci-fi tactical shooter title Overwatch, xQc found that there was much more money to be found in streaming as there was in esports.

Nowadays, he sports Audemars Piguet watches while smashing the keyboard to GTA.

But in the years he was the outright ‘biggest streamer in the world’, xQc he was also making just shy of $50,000 on a ‘bad day’.

Speaking to his ‘chat’, the creator revealed that in one day, his Twitch earnings came out at $45,860, for simply entertaining his thousands of viewers.

“That was under the average,” he said.

“That was, I guess, a bad day, pretty much. But it was a lot better than it was before.”

How did he make so much? Well, in his lengthy daily live streams, he racked up $33,632 on advertisement revenue alone.

A sponsorship for the day from Amazon Prime brought in another $7,663, while Twitch’s subscription service saw him make a further $3,749 on the day.

To put that into perspective, if he streamed every day in the year at this rate, he’d have racked up $16,738,900.

This could have been ‘any day’ during the ‘2019-2023’ era in which he topped the charts.

It also stacks up well against other streamers of that timeframe, as Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins also ‘leaked’ his own monthly earnings.

The top streamers in the world are quickly racking up the millions

Having dominated the streaming space for a handful of years, xQc isn’t the only content creator to make hundreds of millions.

In fact, before his meteoric rise, a new platform called Mixer – now absorbed into Meta – attempted to take over Twitch by launching ‘exclusivity deals’ with Ninja and Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek worth $30 million and $10 million, respectively.

Nowadays, xQc has also fallen down the pecking order slightly, despite making tens of thousands every month.

On the throne is Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, who recently revealed his wild net worth.

He also told Supercar Blondie what his dream car is, and it just shows how much liquid cash he has lying around.

Others, such as Darren ‘iShowSpeed’ Watkins, have showcased what a meteoric rise on the platform can achieve, netting himself a $10 million mansion aged just 18.
