Sylvester Stallone’s California house has hit the market for $22.5 million.
The movie star can now add house flipper to his resume because he bought the ranch back in march for $18 million.
The two-acre estate is incredibly private, tucked away in Hidden Hills, which is home to other big-name celebrities like the Kardashians, Drake, and Will Smith just to name a few.

The estate includes the main house, a self-contained guest house, a pool, a spa, and a cabana.
