Lamborghini ‘Tormenta’ – is this the new Aventador?

This is the ‘Tormenta’, Supercar Blondie’s impression of what Lamborghini’s top secret 2023 launch will look like.
Lamborghini is releasing a brand new supercar next year, set to replace the Aventador after an 11-year run.
And the Italian luxury car maker is reportedly building a new electrified V12 engine specifically for it.

With the new electrified engine, the Tormenta could churn out up to 1,000 horsepower.
Spy shots taken by Varryx tease the car, but Lamborghini has hidden it as best it can with camouflage wrap.
So, with the help of technology, the Supercar Blondie team has decoded what the car could actually look like.
And there’s a lot to be excited about.

Lamborghini 2023 render
The front of the car indicates Y shapes.
There is speculation it will have the same Y shaped headlights as the Sian or the Terzo Millenio.
It also shows vents on the hood and a fin on both sides of the supercar, digging into huge intakes.
On the sides, it shows the double air intakes with fins running horizontally down the middle similar to the Lamborghini Centenario.
The Tormenta is also rumored to use the same Y-shaped tail lights as the Centenario.
Between them, four exhaust pipes will be horizontally aligned.
Also, according to photographers taking the spy shots, the car will have an active spoiler.
Perhaps not as crazy as that on the Zenvo TSRS, but crazy enough.
The interior is still top secret.
But to hold us over until the real thing is revealed, the render shows the interior of the Lamborghini Sian, with some upgrades.
2023 Lamborghini name
The name is still totally unofficial.
Given Lamborghini has been using Spanish to name its cars for some time, we figured there’s no more appropriate a name for a roaring V12 with electrified help than Tormenta, the Spanish word for ‘storm’.
So, while it may not be official, Lamborghini is totally welcome to take it and run with it.
