It’s not every day you see $200 million worth of rare McLaren F1s all piled onto a car ferry at once.
But that’s exactly what TheTFJJ saw at a ferry crossing at Lake Garda, Italy.
A big group of the three-seat McLarens all showed up at the ferry crossing on a driving tour of Italy, some from as far away as Hong Kong.

While the group was largely comprised of McLaren F1 road cars, there were a few real rarities in the group including a handful of F1 GTRs.
There was even an F1 GTR Longtail, too, to take the group from sublime to ridiculous(ly cool)!
All in all, the combined value of the cars would sit around the $200 million mark – no doubt making the quick trip a bit stressful for the ferry driver.
No doubt the car owners’ insurance brokers were watching with gritted teeth, too.
Most impressive about this, though, is seeing the owners of such incredible cars actually getting out there and driving them.
Just 106 examples of the McLaren F1 were ever made, with only 28 F1 GTR chassis ever made.

Clearly, that rarity doesn’t bother these owners; neither does each car being worth approximately $15 million alone.
At the time of the McLaren F1’s launch in 1992, it was the fastest road car in the world and could hit 386.4 km/h (240.1 mph)
It held that record until the Bugatti Veyron finally beat it in 2005 with a speed of 407 km/h (253 mph).
