Erling Haaland is back in form after a mild injury, and back scoring goals like it’s the easiest thing in the world, which it is, to him at least.
The Norwegian player scored 11 goals in his last six games, and he celebrated by buying one of the most expensive cars in the world.

The 23-year-old soccer star scored 80 goals in 84 games in less than two seasons at Manchester City.
Last year, his first season playing for the EPL side, he scored 52 goals, helping Man City achieve the coveted ‘Treble’; winning the FA Cup, Premier League and Champions League for the first time in 129 years.
This probably explains why they’re paying him so much.
Erling Haaland is on £375,000 per week at City – that’s $477,000 at today’s rate.
More to the point, that means he’s taking home nearly $2 million every month.
This is how Haaland was able to treat himself to a Mercedes-AMG ONE – a limited-edition supercar (275 units only) designed to be an F1 car for the road.
Unveiled in 2017, Mercedes took a long time to kick-start production but the car is finally here, and several high-profile stars, including former F1 champion Nico Rosberg, according to rumors, have already taken delivery of theirs.
It’s always quite tricky to determine the price of a car of this caliber, usually because each model is fully customized per the owner’s request.
And also because they change hands in the secondary market at a premium.
The only thing that’s certain is that a guy who earns $2 million a month can easily buy a car like this (nearly) every month.
It’s worth it, though.
The engine is a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6, paired with four electric motors; two at the front axle, one coupled to the turbocharger, and another one coupled to the crankshaft.
The Mercedes-AMG ONE puts out 1,049 horsepower, giving it a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) time of just 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 219 mph – or 352 km/h.
Well, that’s very nearly as fast as Haaland himself when he’s on the pitch.
