Tony Stewart is selling his Indiana Hidden Hollow Ranch

As a former racing driver and current Nascar team owner, Tony Stewart is comfortable when it comes to his wealth.

When you have as much money as he does, you’re probably going to spend it on a seriously epic house.

Well, that’s exactly what he did and that house (Hidden Hollow Ranch) is now up for sale!

In Columbus, Indiana, Hidden Hollow Ranch is perhaps one of the most bonkers houses in the world.

Described in the listing as “the finest property ever offered for sale in the state of Indiana,” this 6 bedroom 11 bathroom house is “20,000 square feet of rustic luxury”, set in 415 acres of land.

This includes a 9 acre lake.

The house was apparently designed by the person who designed Bass Pro Shops (one of Tony Stewart’s main sponsors back in his racing days) and you can really tell from its design.

Is that a good thing? I guess it all comes down to personal taste.

Hidden Hollow Ranch has practically every amenity you could ask for.

It has a two storey waterfall and trout stream inside the house, a top of the line kitchen with the highest quality appliances, a “lighted onyx bar,” an “8700 gallon freshwater aquarium”, a games room, a bowling alley, a golf simulator, a large workshop and a guesthouse for any family and/or friends who want to come and stay over.

The bar area of the house also currently features a huge racing-related display full of Stewart’s old racing helmets and an IndyCar he drove back in his racing days.

If all of that wasn’t enough, the land the house is set in is a “licensed hunting preserve” with elk, deer and turkey running wild. If you’re a keen hunter or just like the idea of wild animals roaming free on your property, you would definitely love living out here!

Whilst Hidden Hollow Ranch is somewhat in the middle of nowhere, it isn’t completely isolated. Indianapolis International Airport (and indeed the city of Indianapolis itself) is less than an hour’s drive away. It’s also within a relative stone’s throw of Louisville, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. For anyone who wants a quiet retreat but doesn’t want to be too far removed from the big city, Hidden Hollow Ranch definitely has a lot going for it.

How much will this palatial pine-constructed residence cost you? The current asking price is $30 million. Yes, that’s a massive amount of money for a property in rural Indiana. But, Hidden Hollow Ranch is unlike anything else you’ll find in America or perhaps even the world. It’s a unique, eccentric and characterful property. That, combined with its celebrity pedigree in the world of motorsport, will make it a fantastic buy for whoever becomes its next owner.
