Aircraft come in all shapes and sizes
From huge jumbo jets to Cessna planes, all manner of choppers and jets cruise our skies.
For example, this revolutionary new aircraft with seamlessly blended wings and body acquired by a Canadian airline.
Plus, the Embraer ‘shark plane’ is the meanest-looking aircraft ever.
But this aircraft isn’t actually a plane in its entirety.
It’s described as an ‘airplane trike’

It’s actually made out of a custom chassis, a body made from a Rutan Long-EZ aircraft plus a ‘1915cc aircooled’ VW components.
The aircraft creation is for sale on Facebook Marketplace
The 15 feet long and labelled ‘real-life hot-wheels‘.
The owner also states that it used to fly up and down the Mississippi River at an impressive 200mph.
And it certainly is unique.
Everything on the aircraft is customized

The two-seater is tagged as a 71 custom and the wings are even swamp coolers.
And the best part? It’s street-legal.
But what does it take to be able to grace the roads in the eyes of the US law?
Well, according to Progressive: “States typically require headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn signal lights, hazard lights, reverse/backup lights, and license plate lights. There also needs to be a closed cover or hood over your engine compartment.”
Hey, at least you’ll be turning heads in this contraption.
It’s even won awards
Yes, that’s right, the trike come aircraft has even won more than one award. Its trophy cabinet contains the Chattanooga Charlie Award from the World of Wheels.
Take a look at the Facebook Listing here.
It could be yours for the relatively reasonable price of $42,500.
