Abandoned UK farm is hiding several classic cars that have been parked and abandoned for decades

An urban explorer discovered an abandoned UK farm that turned out to be a ‘car graveyard’ strewn with classic cars, including a Hillman Imp.

Judging by the state of the farm, it had been a long time since anyone had lived there.

The derelict old farm had become the final resting place for several old vehicles, including tractors, an old Austin, and a Volkswagen Beetle.

Sadly, the poor old vehicles were in a seriously sorry state.

The derelict farm had clearly been left unattended for a while

Jordan Boss of the Exploring With Boss YouTube channel usually specializes in videos about abandoned buildings, but he’s also been known to unearth long-forgotten cars – such as this secret haul of Range Rovers

In a recent upload, he visited a farm somewhere in the UK, which had pretty much been entirely reclaimed by nature.

Grass and vegetation had grown wild across the farm, and had even taken hold of a couple of the old cars.

As Boss explored the abandoned site, the first vehicle he stumbled across was a green Hillman Imp stashed away inside an unsteady-looking garage.

The Hillman Imp was introduced by the Rootes Group back in 1963 and sold just shy of half a million units before production ended in 1976.

These days, the Hillman Imp is a bit of a collector’s item, so it’s always sad to see one end up neglected and abandoned like this.

It’s unclear how long the Hillman Imp had been parked at the abandoned property, but as it had largely been protected from the elements, it didn’t appear to be in particularly bad shape.

Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for the vintage Austin A30 that Boss discovered.

“Look at that, there’s an Austin,” Boss said getting closer to the vehicle. “That’s awesome.”

The Austin was almost completely hidden from view thanks to a seriously dense area of vegetation and woodland.

And, as you’d imagine, the years it spent outside hadn’t been kind with the car appearing to be more or less completely destroyed.

Boss also found an old Volkswagen Beetle that – much like the Austin – had seen better days.

“Look at this poor thing,” Boss said in the clip. “Ah, that’s a shame.”

Sadly, we couldn’t agree more.
