Adrien Brody is taking on a role unlike anything we’ve seen from him before –  factory intern for Porsche Stuttgart.

In the teaser for The Intern – Porsche’s documentary that premiered July 13 – we see Oscar-winner Adrien Brody trade the soundstage for the assembly line.

But this isn’t a glamorous cameo – it’s Brody in a shop coat, getting humbled by one of the most precise production lines in the world.

His biggest takeaway? At Porsche, there are no retakes – just precision, first time, every time.

Adrien Brody goes behind the scenes at Porsche Stuttgart

Brody signed up to learn, but from the teaser alone it’s clear the work demands serious focus and precision.

And while he mastered tempo and timing in The Pianist, Porsche runs on an entirely different rhythm.

We see the actor handling tools, fitting parts by hand, and being walked through Porsche’s no-dust, no-water rules – remarking the work is ‘so much harder than it looks’.

Every movement counts, and mistakes don’t get covered up in post.

It’s a brief but revealing glimpse into the human side of Porsche –  where discipline, detail, and pride power every build.

Fans were already hooked ahead of the film’s premiere

Even from a one-minute teaser, The Intern has struck a chord with Porsche fans.

YouTube comments call it “’incredible’, ‘perfection’, and ‘the dream’, – with some reminiscing about their own factory tours, and others joking they’d work at Porsche for free.

Brody, a long-time Porsche fan who was once spotted with a 996 in Cannes, brings a clear sense of respect to the project.

He’s not acting here – he’s genuinely curious.

And though he’s played everything from Hungarian architects to commandos, a Porsche intern might just be his most high-stakes role yet.

The film officially premiered at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed – in true Porsche style – at a drive-in cinema surrounded by 30 legendary models.

It was part of a star-powered weekend that also saw Dua Lipa unveil her custom GT3 RS and new Porsche x Puma collab.

Now that The Intern is live on Porsche’s YouTube channel, fans can finally watch Brody get put through his paces for Porsche Stuttgart – where the only script is precision, and there are no retakes.
