A salesman in Arizona noticed a strange recurring theme when it comes to Ford F-150 Raptor R owners.
He shared a video on TikTok to talk about some changes a soon-to-be Raptor owner requested for his truck.
And he pointed out that most customers want exactly the same thing.
And he doesn’t understand why.

The standard Ford F-150 Raptor R feature his customers don’t seem to want
Arizona Ford salesman and TikTok creator ‘Captain Driver‘ decided to ask his followers why so many Ford F-150 Raptor R buyers specifically ask to have stock decals and stickers removed.
That’s obviously anecdotal, but in his case it happens so frequently he just became curious about it.
“One thing I noticed about every single Raptor R customer I’ve sold, they always want me to remove the graphics,” he said in the clip.
He also said he once saw a customer ‘yank’ the stickers off themselves right after taking delivery of the truck.
A lot of people in the comments sided with the owners, calling the decals unsavory.
“Decals are tacky period,” one user wrote.
“Them [sic] stickers are terrible,” another TikToker said.
But others disagreed, arguing they were an important part of the truck.

Why the Raptor is special
Even though a lot of people in the comment section said they didn’t like the stickers, others said they did, mostly because of what they represented.
“I would want people to know it’s a Raptor R,” one of these comments read.
That’s a fair point.
Buying an F-150 Raptor R is like buying a Mercedes-Benz AMG Black instead of a ‘regular’ CLK.

Or like buying a BMW M5 instead of a 520i.
You’re getting 456 horsepower with a Raptor, or 720 horsepower with the Raptor R.
You’re also getting a 5.2-liter V8.
And people love V8s.
