Footage has surfaced of NASA astronaut Randy Bresnik completing a spacewalk on the International Space Station.
With Earth visible from his GoPro, the view may make your eyes water.
You can watch along as the astronaut explores the ISS’ surroundings at a mighty 17,500mph.
The International Space Station was first designed between 1984 and 1993, with aspects of it being constructed in areas across the US, Japan, Europe, and Canada.

The International Space Station: Here’s what you need to know
NASA describes the ISS as being ‘like a Lego set’, with the station being assembled up in space.
It was brought to life by complex robotics systems alongside astronauts who attached the necessary electrical wires and fluid lines.

As you can imagine, the International Space Station is no small facility; in fact, it spans an area of 24,287 ft2 and is the largest object made by humans to orbit Earth.
The altitude it orbits at ranges from 200 to 250 nmi, and it has an orbital inclination of 51.6 degrees, meaning it flies over 90 percent of Earth.

Spacewalks on the ISS will make your teeth chatter with nerves
The views from the International Space Station are unlike any other.
Taking place almost a decade ago in 2017, NASA shared footage of astronaut Randy Bresnik using a GoPro when he completed his spacewalk outside the ISS.

“Sometimes on a spacewalk, you just have to take a moment to enjoy the beauty of our planet Earth.
“This GoPro footage is from our spacewalk where Joe Acaba and I refurbished the Canadarm2 robotic arm and the Dextre robotic arm extension,” said Bresnik.
The spacewalk was the fifth that Bresnik completed during his career.
For those with vertigo, you may want to close your eyes as the astronaut nears the edge of the ISS.
The distance from Earth really was evident, with no room for error.
You can catch the jaw-dropping footage at the top of the page and live vicariously through Bresnik’s spacewalk.
