This super rare, one of 10 Swiss-tuned Lamborghini Diablo Evolution GTRs is expected to fetch $500,000 at auction.
This is not your typical Diablo either, this is the Lamborghini Diablo Evolution GTR – one of just 10 custom cars built in Switzerland by Lamborghini importer Roland Affolter in the late 1990s.
The purple supercar is spectacular and ultra-rare, and now one is heading to auction.
Experts suggest the Diablo Evolution GTR could fetch around $500,000 at auction.

This is a one-of-10 Swiss-tuned Lamborghini Diablo Evolution GTRs
Long before Mansory and Novitec became household names, Roland Affolter’s Garage R was pushing supercar design, more specifically Lamborghinis, into uncharted territory.
This amazing purple supercar is a one-of-10 Swiss-tuned Lamborghini Diablo Evolution GTRs, and now it is heading to auction in Zürich, Switzerland.
The Evolution GTR started life as a stock Diablo VT, but Affolter’s team stripped it down and rebuilt it to add a little more drama.
The iconic pop-up headlights were swapped out for recessed lenses, it received a new roof-mounted air intake, an aggressive front splitter, and a three-tier adjustable rear wing.
It looked like a 90s tuner mixed with a race car.

What powers this supercar?
The rear-wheel drive car is powered by a 5.7-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine that pumps out 485 horsepower – it’s raw and analogue with no stability assists, and no ABS safety nets.
The interior of the car is covered in blue Alcantara and has custom bucket seats.
This version used to be a Giallo Fly yellow with a black interior, but the coloring has changed for the version that’s currently up for auction with Broad Arrow Auctions in Zürich, Switzerland.
The suspected $500,000 price tag for the supercar has been predicted by experts, and after a closer look at this beauty, we won’t be surprised if it reaches that figure.
