Known as Nocturne, this magnificent special edition supercar is one of the rarest Bugatti Veyron models ever made, and ahead of its upcoming auction, it is expected to reach the $2,500,000 mark.
The Veyron is the godfather of modern supercars.
For most, this record-breaking Bugatti was the ultimate dream, holding the title of the world’s fastest car for what felt like an eternity.
But not every Veyron is created equal, and special editions took the speed demon into new realms of supercar luxury. Such as the Nocturne.

This one-of-five Bugatti Veyron Nocturne is heading to the auction block
Made back in 2010, out of the 450 Bugatti Veyron supercars ever made, only five variants were of the Nocturne type.
Earning its name through its dark features that glimmer like a shadow in the moonlight, the Nocturne combines a black body with aluminum accents in spectacular supercar fashion.
Now, one of these five limited edition variants is going on sale at RM Sotherby’s.
This particular unit hails from the Middle East and has barely seen tarmac.
With just 2,612 miles on the clock, the Quad-turbocharged, 8.0-liter W16 engine is practically brand-new, and it is calling for a new owner to put it to use.

Akin to its 449 brothers and sisters, the Bugatti Veyron Nocturne is capable of o-60mph in 2.5 seconds and can top out at 253mph.
The auction is set to be offered on December 5, with its predicted price range coming out at $1,975,000 – $2,500,000.
The rarest Bugatti Veyron variants are coming out of the woodwork
This isn’t the only limited edition supercar of its kind to come out of hibernation recently, as another of the rarest Bugatti Veyron models was spotted in the wild.
This time, it was another one-of-five limited variant in the form of the Pur Sang.
This model sold for $2.1 million at auction, beating the 2007 Bugatti Veyron 16.4, which hit the auction block at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed for a round figure of $2 million.
That just puts the beautiful Nocturne into perspective, as it might top both.

The Nocturne was specifically made for the Middle East market, so it’s likely that the other four are close to this Abu Dhabi local, although finding them is another story.
