Bad Bunny had a growing $17,000,000 mansion collection, one of which used to belong to Ariana Grande.
The 31-year-old rapper has enjoyed much success these past few years, rising in the ranks to be dubbed the ‘King of Latin Trap’.
With a performance at the Super Bowl coming up, the Puerto Rican star has a ton of cash to spend.
And if these mansions are anything to go by, he’s obviously spent it well.

Bad Bunny has an incredible array of mansions in his name
Bad Bunny isn’t just a rising star, he’s a soaring meteorite in showbusiness.
In addition to his musical career, he’s appeared in movies and is a global ambassador for Gucci.
He’s also been the face of campaigns for Adidas and Calvin Klein.

Doing all that work has netted him quite the income, some of which has been spent on cars like a Bugatti Chiron, a Rolls-Royce Dawn, and a Mercedes G63 AMG.
But what good is it having all those cars if you don’t have a nice garage to store them in?
Fortunately for Bad Bunny, he has two confirmed mansions in Los Angeles, and a rumored third in his native Puerto Rico.
He was also renting a penthouse apartment in New York City for $150,000 a month, but that’s behind him now.
Let’s take a look at some of these properties.
First up in West Hollywood is this $8.8 million contemporary mansion, spread across 7,316 square feet between a five-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guesthouse.

The house reads like the real estate listing of your dreams – a wet bar, a sunken living room, a huge walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a rain shower and soaking tub.
Out in the garden, an infinity pool allows the residents to take in the view of the City of Angels.
One of these mansions belonged to Ariana Grande
But that property isn’t Bad Bunny’s only base when he’s in LA.
He also has a house in the Hollywood Hills that previously belonged to Ariana Grande herself.
Bad Bunny bought it from the Dangerous Woman singer back in 2023 for $8.3 million.

There’s 1,590 square feet of land this time around, with a two-car garage and a swimming pool offering up the good life for its owner.
Sure, it’s smaller than his other one, but anyone would jump at the chance to live here.
And what of his homeland of Puerto Rico?
He’s been relatively lowkey about his living arrangements when back on the island.
According to Architectural Digest, he has a $3 million rental mansion on the island, which his fans saw throughout 2020 from his Instagram Live sessions.
There’s no place like home, right?
Bad Bunny isn’t the only celebrity to have a stunning real estate portfolio under his belt.
Sean Connery had a house in the south of France with 007 levels of luxury.
Taylor Swift has a rich array of houses across the world, with one in Rhode Island selling for $14.5 million earlier this year.
And it’s not just the Hollywood A-Listers that are reveling in their real estate purchases – just take a look at what Mark Zuckerberg is living it up in over in Washington DC.
