Ben Affleck is putting his bachelor pad-style house up for sale for an eye-watering $30 million.
The 49-year-old actor, who recently married Jennifer Lopez, is officially closing the chapter on his bachelor lifestyle with the sale of the man-cave.
Affleck reportedly bought the LA house for $19 million in 2018 after he and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner divorced.

The incredible Napoli Drive home spans 13,500 square feet and backs onto the prestigious Riviera Country Club golf course.

The singer-actor-dancer confirmed she tied the knot with Affleck in an Instagram post, saying “we did it”.
“Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” she said, pointing to the fact the pair dated 20 years ago before breaking up and moving on with different people.
The couple is rumored to be celebrating their marriage with friends and family this weekend at their estate in Georgia.
