BMW’s Motorrad division is one of the world’s best motorcycle divisions.

It currently produces market-leading bikes such as the S1000RR and the Adventure R 1250 GS touring bike.

However, it is BMW’s bizarre new futuristic electric motorcycle that is catching the eye.

And it might even allow you to ride without needing a helmet in the future.

BMW’s Motorrad division reveals its next concept

Not only are BMW’s cars some of the best in the world, but it is equally adept in the world of two wheels.

The Motorrad division of BMW is truly one of the finest anywhere in the world.

It currently produces a range of motorcycles that dominate any terrain you can think of.

For example, the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team helped Toprak Razgatlioglu win the 2024 WorldSBK title aboard its M1000RR superbike.

It also produces the market-leading Adventure R 1250 GS bike, renowned for being one of the best touring bikes on the planet.

But the Motorrad division is equally beloved for some of the… crazier concepts it has created.

And its latest concept creation is a truly one-of-a-kind, out-there concept.

All of our Star Wars fans out there might relate to this creation from the Bavarian Giants.

It is almost similar to the vehicle ridden by General Grievous in Revenge of the Sith.

Vision CE could literally be a vision of the future

This BMW Motorrad Vision CE answers the question of what an electric BMW motorcycle would look like.

It comes with a very unique structural canopy, as well as a four-point harness to provide enclosed protection.

What it means is that it might not require motorcycle riders to actually wear a helmet.

Of course, eye protection is still absolutely essential – because who wants dust and flies going into your eyes?

What actually would power this concept is still unknown – but we can take a good guess.

This concept is based on the CE-04 platform, which currently pushes 42hp and a top speed of 75mph.

It means that it could be absolutely perfect for urban/city journeys, as well as highway runs.

But what is most interesting about this is that it is no mere, one-time concept thrown together for fun.

BMW’s Motorrad division has already confirmed that this is its vision of the future of the motorcycle.

Would you buy this BMW Motorrad Vision CE if it were put into production?
