A Boston man got up close and personal with a $2m African hypercar that was built for the King of Morocco, but is really a Corvette at heart.
Jackson Kessler, a car content creator, paid a visit to the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
It was there that he came face to face with the Laraki Sahara, a car fit for royalty.
And we mean that in the literal sense, as this car was made for the King of Morocco himself.

This $2M hypercar was built for the King of Morocco
If you’re the King of Morocco, you’re going to want a fancy car to go along with such a prestigious title.
That’s where the Laraki Sahara comes into play, of which he bought two for $2.2 million each.
Car content creator Jackson Kessler got to see it up close and personal at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.

“The King knew what he was doing!” Kessler gushed.
“It’s a manual transmission with a 7-litre Chevy V8.
“It’s got this beautiful white interior, a glass moon roof, and one of the wildest rear ends I’ve ever seen!
“Look at this diffuser…the exhausts are even built into the rear bumper on either side.”
Every little detail has been intricately considered.

The design on the front grille matches the design of the seats and the door’s interior.
Capable of going 248MPH and at a price of more than $2 million, this car is well and truly fit for royalty.
Other monarchs that are living large with their choices of cars
If ever there was an obvious statement, it’d be this – royalty tends to like really nice cars.
King Charles’ car collection is divine, with a $460,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II and an Aston Martin DB6 among his collection.
Then there’s the Sultan of Brunei, of course, whose car collection is the stuff of legends.
His haul has $300 million worth of McLaren F1s in it, not to mention the other cars that make up the $5 billion collection.

So with all of this in mind, of course the King of Morocco would want some wheels of his own.
