What does Équipe Pur Sang’ mean?
Well, the term translates to ‘Thoroughbred Team’ and instantly brings the image of Bugatti’s racing history to mind.
The name, though, covers the option package that allows owners to add an extra sprinkle of luxury to their rides.
What does the Bugatti Tourbillon package include?

The Équipe Pur Sang package lets buyers change their hypercars with a huge range of options.
The include a ‘dedicated front splitter [that] works in harmony with a bespoke rear wing featuring small endplates to improve aero efficiency,’ as stated on Bugatti’s official site,
The real star of the Tourbillon show is the eight-pipe exhaust system
Yes, you read that right.
You can add as many as eight whole exhausts – which just shouts extreme amounts of shifting power to us.
The special feature is even ‘complemented by a specialized diffuser’ too – which means the hypercar is uber aerodynamic.
There are new wheels as well, which no doubt means the car runs more smoothly than ever before, thanks to added airflow equalling cooler compartments within the body.
The new concept means that the wheels are different sizes.
The front tires are 20 inches, and at the back, they’re 21 inches with spokes – which means turbulence is an issue of the Tourbillon’s past.
Inside the cabin is luxury reimagined
The dashboard and headrests even have the embroidered logo plus a ‘Black Poli’ trim – fancy right?
The package also means that the Performance Seat option comes as standard too – paying homage to the company’s rich racing past.
So comfort and style go hand in hand here, that’s for sure.
How do you get the Equipe package?

Well, according to the hypercar company itself, the configurations have already started production, but you can enquire.
Of course, you’ll have to actually buy a Tourbillion to enjoy the package.
But once you do, there are 23 brand-spanking-new colours to whip around in.
There are also seven new carpet colors, and 20 new leather options, so the 1,000HP powerhouse can be yours to customize to your heart’s content.
Under the hood of the Tourbillon is equally impressive
The new 8.3-liter naturally aspirated V16 engine, alongside a trio of electric motors means the Tourbillon is definitely a speedy machine.
