This could be the greatest drag race ever as a Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador, Lexus LFA, and McLaren MP4-12C took to the track to see who was boss.

The cars are all loved by gearheads thanks to their sheer speed and impressive exterior, but now the real test is to see which car can cruise the quickest.

So, in a race against time, the cars battled it out to see who was boss.

When it comes to making fast cars, some manufacturers know their stuff.

Bugatti, Lamborghini, Lexus, and McLaren all have some speedy vehicles on offer, with clever engineering helping to achieve notable results.

But which of the brands offer the fastest contenders?

Well, over on the MotorTrend channel, they put the Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador, Lexus LFA, and McLaren MP4-12C against each other in the ultimate drag race.

First up, it was McLaren versus Lexus, and as both cars bolted it down the track, there was one clear winner, the McLaren MP4-12C.

The presenter even remarked that the Lexus LFA was ‘screaming like a Formula 1 car,” but the McLaren still beat the Lexus and was nearly 6mph faster.

Next up, the McLaren was up against a Lamborghini Aventador powered by a V12 engine.

Now, the Aventador was described in the video to produce 101HP more than the MP4-12C, and with the added element of AWD, there was only one way that this race was going to end.

The presenter admitted that the car got a bit of a jump at the start as he was driving, but as you’d expect, the Lamborghini defeat ended in just over 10 seconds.

Finally, the Bugatti entered the fighting ring, and despite the Aventador being one of the cars that tops wishlists for many car lovers, it was simply no match for the Bugatti Veyron.

So, there we have it, the Veyron beat the Aventador thanks to the power behind the slick exterior.
