A cancer patient in Arizona has one final wish for their Honda Accord Coupe, which has been put up for sale.
The car was listed on AutoHunter by Tyson Hugie, a YouTuber who collects and restores Hondas.
It belonged to one of Hugie’s friends, Mark.

A cancer patient’s final wish for their car
Unfortunately, Mark had been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
He made two requests of his friend Hugie – to film a video featuring his Accord, and to find a new owner who would treasure the car as much as he did.
Hugie has completed the first task, but has yet to find a new owner.
The Accord has very low-mileage, with just 46,000 miles on the odometer, and is very well maintained.
46,000 miles is nothing compared to the 1,000,000 racked up on this couple’s 2003 Honda Accord V-6.
It has a 2.4-liter VTEC four-cylinder engine and a five-speed manual.
On the inside, it’s interior is remarkably simple, with manually operated cloth seats.
The only fancy touch is the leather-wrapped shift knob.
Looking for a new owner for this 2007 Accord
Tragically, Mark passed away on June 20, leaving his car without an owner.
The car isn’t likely to fetch a ton at auction, even with the low mileage and touching backstory.
But whatever it makes, Hugie is planning to donate $1,000 of the final bid to the American Cancer Society.
The auction will close on August 12.
At the time of this article being written, the highest bid is $6,200.
Hopefully the car finds a good home.
Either way, it’s great to know that $1,000 will be going to help the fight against cancer.
Every little helps, as demonstrated by Drake earlier this year when he gifted $100,000 to a cancer survivor attending his concert in Nashville, Tennessee.
If you want to be the person to carry on this car’s great story, head over to AutoHunter to place a bid.
