An Italian restaurateur who keeps his sizable car collection parked behind his restaurant in Sicily, Italy has recently added another 10 cars to his collection.

Most of the new entries are classic Fiats that are awesome but not rare, although there are also a few rarities.

There are three rare Italian convertibles, and the most coveted rally car in the world.

The name starts with ‘L’ and ends with ‘Ancia Delta’.

What’s inside his secret car collection

Gaetano keeps the cars at a garage next to his restaurant in Linguaglossa, a small town at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily.

The collection is almost exclusively centered around Italian brands back when each brand was either its own company or part of Fiat, ages before FCA or Stellantis.

Among others, he owns several Fiats, including a couple of old-school Pandas and an ex-taxi Regata, along with a Lancia race car.

He recently three convertibles, all three based on Fiat models, which are now among his favorites.

He also recently bought and restored a Lancia Delta, which is arguably the most coveted rally/rally-inspired car in the world.

Why he decided to keep his cars at his restaurant in Sicily, Italy

Most of his cars live next to his restaurant in Sicily.

Some of his cars are parked outside, while others are inside a warehouse.

His collection is expanding gradually and slowly, but Gaetano knows he’s not going to be able to keep all of his cars there for long.

He’s still determined to at least try.

“I’m here at the restaurant most of the time, and we wouldn’t need the space here for anything else anyway, so it makes sense to use it for the cars,” he told supercarblondie.com

The first time we saw his collection, a few years ago, he kept around 10 cars in his collection.

Now, he’s probably closer to 20.

At this rate, he’s going to need a mansion with a dedicated garage for his cars.

Kind of like the house with a 95-car (!) garage we saw in Ontario once.
