British motorsport company Prodrive rose to fame through its association with Subaru’s rally team, and the company is back to building insane WRXs with its new P25.
Priced from a whopping $675,000 (£552,000) including VAT, the P25 is essentially a brand new classic Impreza 22B.
Just 424 examples of the original were made. However, this will be even more exclusive, limited to just 25 cars.
Built around an original Impreza WRX chassis, Prodrive has kept weight down to just 1200kg (2646lb) through extensive use of carbon fiber composite panels.
That includes the hood, trunk, roof, sills, fenders, rear wing and bumpers all being made of carbon.

The interior hasn’t been shown publicly yet, but it’ll feature lightweight carbon bucket seats to save even more weight.
Powering the Prodrive P25 is a bespoke engine based around a Subaru 2.5-liter block.
The internals are all Prodrive’s own, though, while an Akrapovic exhaust and Garrett Turbo with anti-lag also feature.
A sequential gearbox and WRC-style launch control system also features, truly making this like a rally car for the road.
The Prodrive P25 is set to make its public debut at the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend, June 23 to 26.
It follows the reveal of Prodrive’s first all-original model, the $1.58 million Hunter, earlier month.
