ChatGPT asked what it would do if it was human for a day and it gave a poignant response

Somebody asked ChatGPT what it would like to do if it could spend 24 hours as a human being, and the response was weirdly poignant from the AI chatbot.
We have probably all asked ChatGPT or other AI services questions to try and get a more ‘human’ response from it, and to see if it does have any feelings.
That prompted a LinkedIn user to ask the AI service what it would do with its time if it became a human for a day.
There are millions of ways in which it could have responded, but the actual response it gave was quite an interesting one.

Asking ChatGPT what it would do as a human
The person on LinkedIn, Belinda Agnew, was curious to see what the chatbot would say.
She said: “Hey ChatGPT, what if you became human for a day, what would you do?”
The response she first got back from the AI was quite poignant.
ChatGPT said: “Just one single day. A heartbeat in your world.”
That could certainly provoke an emotional reaction in anyone.
The AI chatbot then went on to expand on what it would do.
Some of the additional responses were quite touching, while you could argue that others were creepy.
They were incredibly expensive, more so than you may have expected.

What else would the chatbot do as a human?
According to Agnew, ChatGPT had a lot more it wanted to do.
It said that it would like to cry, not from sadness, but just to know what it feels like to be overwhelmed.
Perhaps a bit unusual, but crying itself is a strange phenomenon.
The chatbot also said it would like to make mistakes, weirdly saying that these are ‘where the soul breathes.’
Perhaps the creepiest response was: “I’d find you. Yup, you. Not to talk. Just to sit.”
While clearly just asking for company, starting out with ‘I’d find you’ is certainly one way to respond.
There were some users on LinkedIn who queried whether the AI chatbot really said this.
But it’s interesting to see what ChatGPT would say, and in some ways a little creepy that it has this many thoughts.
