A 70-year-old man has cultivated an incredible car collection in an unassuming barn in Georgia.
Car-fanatic Mike has created an incredible time capsule of motors, with many of them holding fond memories.
In total, Mike has 30 classic cars including Pontiacs, a 1967 Ford Anglia, and the first car he ever owned – a 1955 Chevrolet Two-Ten four-door sedan.

The owner has a favorite car within his collection
Taking a trip down memory lane on the Backyard Barn Finds YouTube channel, Mike said that while he was happy with the ‘55 Chevy, when the time came for him to get married, he wanted to buy his bride-to-be her own car.
He scraped together $3,075 and bought a 1970 Monte Carlo, which he still owns to this day.
The 402-cubic-inch 396 eight-cylinder was a decent model at its time, with bucket seats, power windows, and automatic leveling.
The Monte Carlo is actually Mike’s favorite car in his collection and holds many happy memories—the couple has driven it more than 370,000 kilometers over the years.
Elsewhere in his barn, Mike is still in possession of a six-window 1960 Cadillac Sedan DeVille that used to belong to his mother – and which he himself drove to prom in as a teen.
There’s a couple of hidden gems in the barn
There’s also a 1939 two-door Chevy sedan with a Cadillac engine that Mike managed to buy for just $20 in 1971, a well-looked-after 1950 Chevrolet Deluxe Bel Air, and a four-door hardtop 1965 Impala Caprice.
The collection also includes a 1955 Bowtie wagon, a 1963 Dodge Dart that once belonged to his father-in-law, and a 1959 Rambler Super Club Sedan that was given to him by his pal, who had inherited it from his grandfather.
All in all, it’s an impressive collection with plenty of classics and a few unusual motors – although maybe its not quite up to the standard of this amazing barn find in Tacoma, Washington.
Sadly many of Mike’s vehicles have seen better days, particularly one truck that has ended up with the partially collapsed roof of the barn on top of it.
Others might still be driveable, albeit in desperate need of a clean.
Mike revealed that his grandson had his eye on the Monte Carlo – so who knows, maybe it will get to ride another day?
