This YouTuber managed to sneak into an abandoned Chinese neighborhood of mega mansions, and inside it was an incredibly eerie scene.
The scene was a luxury lifestyle frozen in time, because the luxury villa park was meant to have 186 villas and a wellness resort, but construction stopped in 2015.
The items left behind in the luxury mega mansions were not even real, just staged for potential buyers, so you could see what life might have looked like if construction was completed.
Because these weren’t real lives that were abandoned, it was fake staging, which adds a whole creepy new layer, like an abandoned playhouse, or an eerie scene of a life that could never have been.

There’s nothing creepier than an abandoned house, but this abandoned Chinese neighborhood of mega mansions is even more eerie.
Intended to be a luxury villa park with 186 mansions, construction stopped for an unknown reason in 2015, leaving behind one mega mansion perfectly staged to show off the potential life someone could have inside.
It looks as though the biggest mega mansion was fully built and staged so that potential buyers could see what life would be like in the park.
So when Bob Thissen, an Urban Explorer from YouTube, and his friends located a secret way in, they even managed to evade security, and found themselves inside the biggest mansion in the park.
What greeted them inside was eerie, because it was pure opulence that had just been abandoned.
The Exploring the Unbeaten Path team saw chandeliers, climate controls, and lavish furnishings, but when they discovered they were props, they quickly realized that everything was fake.
The wine on the side and the books suggest a life lived in luxury, but it’s all just set up to look like someone once lived there, making it even creepier.
The mega mansion had only been abandoned for nine years, but mould and decay had begun to affect the walls, and there was water damage throughout. One door had even been hastily boarded up with wood.

The team discovered a gym, a snooker room, and an indoor swimming pool with a gorgeous painted ceiling, including intricate frescoes and a stylish mosaic floor.
In the basement, they found a wine bar and even a cinema, all completely devoid of people. Unlike this incredible mansion that our very own Alex Hirschi – AKA Supercar Blondie got exclusive access to.
While the team utilized drones to survey the park, they spotted four people approaching their location.
They managed to escape without being caught, however, there’s no doubt that the team had discovered a very eerie scene that will unsettle them for a while to come.
