A custom Rolls-Royce Spectre has been revealed as a bespoke commission with a personal story at its core.
The car, called Spectre Bailey, was ordered by long-time clients in the United States as a tribute to their Labrador-Golden Retriever mix.
The build was managed through the brand’s Private Office in New York, which oversees one-off projects for select customers.
With specific paintwork, handcrafted veneers, and tailored interior details, the luxury car carries a direct link to its namesake.

Inside the custom Rolls-Royce Spectre
The Spectre Bailey is a one-off version of the Rolls-Royce Spectre.
Its exterior combines Crystal Fusion with a second shade named Beautiful Bailey, created to match the fur on the dog’s ear.
A Rose Gold Spirit of Ecstasy sits on the hood, and the Coachline carries a hand-painted paw print.

The cabin contains the commission’s most complex feature: a portrait of Bailey crafted from more than 180 pieces of veneer.
Nine different woods were used to create 22 natural shades, with four rare veneers introduced to capture the tongue.
The result was produced without artificial staining, relying solely on the natural variation in color and grain.
Additional details repeat the same theme.

A smaller paw print appears in marquetry on the dashboard, and engraved treadplates carry the same motif in Rose Gold.
The leather suite is finished in Moccasin and Crème Light with darker accents, chosen to reflect Bailey’s coat. Royal Walnut veneer adds contrast across the cabin.
Phil Fabre de la Grange, Head of Bespoke at Rolls-Royce, said the project demonstrated how customer stories are translated into physical design.
A new era for bespoke commissions
The Rolls-Royce Spectre is the company’s first all-electric luxury car and has already become a foundation for bespoke projects.
The Bailey commission shows that personalization is being pursued at the same level of detail as the marque’s combustion models.
Demand for bespoke commissions has risen steadily, with more clients requesting cars that reflect personal memories or family connections.

Rolls-Royce has positioned its bespoke program as a central part of its offering, with projects like Spectre Bailey reflecting that approach.
The custom Rolls-Royce Spectre Bailey is both a technical product and a personal story.
It is a luxury car that carries its own narrative, built with the same attention to craft as any model in the company’s history.
