It turns out that Dave Bautista once bought his daughter a golf cart.
But the former WWE star had a very good reason for doing that
The Hollywood star is known for being a very close-knit family man.
But he made sure that his daughter had access to her own vehicle.

Being a professional wrestling star certainly appears to have its perks.
But being one of the biggest stars in the WWE must make it even better.
That certainly appeared to be the case for Dave Bautista in past years.
A number of years ago, Bautista invited the WWE camera crews into his home.
They took a tour of the then-pro wrestling star’s garage as part of the WWE Rollin’ series.
It is certainly one of the more impressive collections you will ever see.
Straight out of the gates is a stunning, 2003 BMW 7 Series in an all-black finish.
“This was actually the first big purchase I ever bought for myself,” Bautista explains.

“This was right around when we started Evolution, and I started making a little money,” he laughs.
For those that don’t know, Evolution is one of the most dominant wrestling groups to ever exist.
Dave Bautista starred in the group alongside Randy Orton, Triple H, and Ric Flair.
It was being part of that group that helped propel him to superstardom.

Up next is a beautiful Mercedes-Benz SL500.
Like the BMW before it, Dave Bautista put his own personal customization style on the vehicle.
“I’m real big on Asante rims,” the star pointed out.
Rounding out the four-wheeled side of things is an enormous Hummer H2.
The remainder of his collection includes a litany of incredible chopper motorcycles.
But it’s the last piece of the collection that is the most poignant.
At surface-level, it looks like an ordinary golf cart.
But it is much more special than just that.
“I actually bought this for my daughter for Christmas; she’s 14 years old,” says Bautista.
“I wanted her to get out more, so I bought her a golf cart.”
The golf cart comes fully equipped with a stereo and an iPod system built in.
Best of all? It comes with a customized licence plate.
What a lovely purchase for such a poignant reason.
