If you love your American muscle cars, this video of a Dodge Demon pitted against other classic cars in a drag race will certainly rev your engine.

Not only was there a seventies Dodge Charger, Plymouth Barracuda, and a classic Dodge Challenger, there was also a seventies Ford Mustang and a Chevy Nova put to the test.

And there was one clear winner that left the rest in their dust.

It might just be the muscle-car ranking you never knew you needed.

The Dodge Demon drag race

In the video uploaded to YouTube by Wheels, there was one absolute monster off the line.

The undisputed winner was a blue Mustang, which left the Dodge Demon lightyears behind.

“Someone make sure the driver of the Blue Mustang is OK, I think he broke his neck on that launch,” one viewer said.

“The blue Mustang launches so fast, it’s actually comical,” said a second.

“Nobody’s gonna convince me that the amazingly fast blue Mustang didn’t earn the sh*t out of those flame decals,” said a third.

Opinion was also unanimous about the reaction time of the Dodge Demon.

“Can we just talk for a second about how slow the Demon driver’s reaction times are,” one said.
