Drake’s $15m 'Yolo Estate' is for sale... after he buys neighbor's house to stop noise complaints

Canadian rapper Drake is selling one of his mega-mansions and this LA-based crib is one of the best we’ve seen.

Situated in the Hidden Hills district of Los Angeles, this $15 million, 12,500 sqft mansion is home to seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a tennis court, volleyball court, cinema, stables, and an 80-foot waterslide attached to a cave and swimming pool.

When Drake originally bought this three-acre estate a number of years ago, he received several noise complaints from his neighbours.

But instead of apologising, Drake bought the house next door so he wouldn’t get any more complaints.

The house itself, also named the ‘Yolo Estate’ is built to look like a traditional English Tudor house with plenty of stone and wooden beams.

Its stand-out feature, however, would have to be when occupants step outside because its garden is seriously impressive. The best part is the swimming pool which comes complete with an ‘underwater cave’ and a waterfall that is connected to a waterslide. You can only imagine the sorts of parties that were held here.

However, if a day by the pool isn’t for you, Drake’s mansion also has an indoor 25-seat cinema, an underground wine cellar with a rustic charm and a music studio which Drake would have spent many hours in.

Rumour has it that Drake is selling this house to make way for a new mansion he’s eyeing up – reportedly currently owned by Take That star, Robbie Williams.
